Unfortunately, the professional fees arising from an enquiry can be costly.

Thankfully, help is at hand. Our Tax Investigations Service is designed to reimburse up to £75,000 of fees incurred defending revenue authority investigations including:

• Self assessment full enquiries (Income Tax and Corporation Tax)
• PAYE, P11D (return of benefits) and National Insurance Contributions disputes
• HMRC VAT disputes
• Income Tax and Corporation Tax aspect enquiries. These enquiries have a limit of £5000.

Please remember, these enquiries can be undertaken at random – no one is immune. Now, more than ever, we feel that our Tax Investigations Service is a necessary protection.
